Introducing Chef Mark Linden

Chef Mark Linden began his culinary career on a dare from a high school friend and has never looked back. He has traveled extensively in his career and has a broad range of experiences ranging from cooking in fine hotels, remote-site catering, top restaurants and running his own catering company.  Mark is a recipient of numerous local and national level awards and is active in the American Culinary Federation’s mentorship and certification programs where he strives to give back to the culinary community that which has been given to him. He’s grateful to be in a position to service the senior communities where he continues to add new and different dining options and programs.
