The Parkshore Fitness Center is full of the latest equipment:

• Treadmills
• Nu Steps
• Indoor Rowing Machine
• Elliptical Trainers- both standing and seated
• Scifit Upper Body Ergometer
• Recumbent stationary Bicycle
• A line of traditional strength training equipment, selected specifically for functional movement and ease of operation
• Free weights, resistance bands, stability balls, and balance enhancing tools. 

We also offer a variety of energizing and centering fitness classes; nourishing the mind, body and spirit.

• Pilates
• Tai Chi
• Stretching
• Low impact aerobic/strength class,
• Chair exercise class,
• Balance classes.

All fitness staff has exercise related degrees and are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), one of the most respected credentials in the health and fitness industry.
