Our comprehensive wellness program focuses on the continuing health and fitness of our residents. Here you’ll find daily exercise and wellness programs for all levels. Our trainers provide a wide variety of classes, ranging from Tai Chi to seated exercise and stretching classes. Or if you prefer to get your fitness outdoors, our lakefront location lends itself to swimming or rowing on the lake. You also might take advantage of the flat paths in the nearby park and throughout the Madison Park neighborhood to create a robust walking routine.
